Celebrity Homes: Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif List Beverly Hills Mansion

Among what's shaping up to become a bitter divorce and custody of the children fight, Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif have listed their Beverly Hillsides mansion for any whopping  $26,000,000.


Maloof - part owner of  The Palms Resort Casino in Vegas and also the Sacramento Nobleman basketball team, and Nassif - a Beverly Hillsides cosmetic surgeon,  bought the Richard Landry-designed mansion in May 2004 for $12,708,000. Even though the sq footage from the French style chateau is not around the current listing, property records show the house at 12,882 sq ft. The records also indicate 7 sleeping rooms and 9 lavatories, however, it presently has 8 sleeping rooms and 11 lavatories, and it is estimate to become 20,000 sq ft, and includes indoor and outside dining rooms, a house theater, office and library.


The 2 acre grounds incorporate a pool, tennis court, and detached guesthouse.


The estate shows up by Maurice Umansky, husband of fellow Real Average women of Beverly Hillsides cast mate Kyle Richards.


Maloof only agreed to be granted temporary custody of the children from the couple's three sons among accusations that Nassif clogged among the boys.
