DAVID CARRADINE 1936-2009
David Carradine was laid to relaxation in La on Saturday, 10 days after he was discovered hanged within the closet of the Bangkok accommodation. Suicide was eliminated and government bodies now believe that it is a situation of auto-erotic asphyxiation.
An audience of 400 the bereaved collected to pay for their final respects within the Hall of Liberty at Forest Lawn-Hollywood Hillsides, a 400 acre graveyard next to Griffith Park.
Buddies attending the service incorporated Jane Seymour, Tom Selleck, Daryl Hannah, Lucy Liu, Edward James Olmos, Take advantage of Schneider, Ali Larter and Frances Fisher. And in attendance was Carradine's closest friend Michael Madsen, who located Carradine and Annie Bierman's 2004 wedding at his home.
An Order of Worship handout featured a smiling photo from the deceased around the front cover (see photo below) along with a sketch of him around the back with lyrics from Night time Driver through the Alman Siblings Band.
Song choices throughout the memorial service incorporated Allow It To Be through the Beatles and Beethoven's Requiem for any Fallen Hero. The household wasn't visible towards the media and also the funeral was private.
Carradine remodeled 100 films but is better noted for his role as Kwai Chang Caine within the seventies tv series Kung Fu.
