Ida Ljungqvist was named Playboy Playmate of the Year 2009 in a ceremony held in the Palms Resort & Casino in Vegas Saturday evening.
African-born Ljungqvist was Playboy's Playmate from the Month in March 2008, and becomes the 50th lady to carry the Playmate of the season title.
Ljungqvist was created in Tanzania to some Swedish father along with a Tanzanian mother. She talks British, Swedish, and Swahili.
The recently minted Playmate of the season has gained a diploma popular design and marketing, and intends to study financial aspects.
In December 2007 Ljungqvist married Joshua Lang. Lang declared divorce in September 2008. In November 2008 MSNBC reported there is a custody of the children struggle between the pair of them over their pet chihuahua, Bonnie.
This is actually the very first time the Playboy Playmate of the season lunch and ceremony wasn't held in the Playboy Mansion.
