The 38-year-old coach, who's dying from ALS, or Lou Gehrig's Disease, continues to be a motivation to his Greenville Senior High School Patriots football team, leading these to an undefeated regular season in '09, losing within the second round from the Georgia condition championship.
Williams married his senior high school sweetheart 16 years back. The pair possess a daughter, Josie, 8, along with a boy, Jacob, who had been born with spina bifida, and it is limited to some motorized wheel chair.
