Lacy Lynn Whitened was traveling in the Ferrari that crashed on Wednesday evening, killing TapouT co-founder Charles 'Mask' Lewis Junior. Whitened was hurled in the vehicle and went through surgery for any fractured elbow. She's still put in the hospital with extensive injuries, based on family attorney Vincent J. Bartolotta Junior.
The 23 years old, an worker at TapouT, was dating Lewis. She was tossed in the Ferrari because it careened unmanageable, striking an easy pole and disintegrated. Crash photos here.
A Costa Mesa guy, Jeffrey David Kirby, 51, was arrested and faces charges of vehicular wrongful death while intoxicating and driving while impaired leading to bodily injuries. See his mugshot below.
