Actor Robert Bobby Spillane died on Saturday after plunging in the sixth floor of his Hell's Kitchen apartment in Manhattan.  He was the boy of infamous mobster Mickey Spillane (1924-1977).

The 45-year-old is discovered at 8:00 a.m. around the pavement outdoors of his Eighth Avenue building by his lawyer brother Michael Spillane, who had been from a local Local cafe as he observed the autumn and known as 911.

Based on an uncle, James McManus, Bobby was leaning against a screen if this gave way and that he fell with an open window.  "He known as to his brother in the pub, and that he stuck one arm out and screamed to Michael.  The screen then flattened and Robert fell by helping cover their it."

Spillane made an appearance in small roles on NYPD Blue, Law and Order and Save Me.

He was the youngest of three kids of Irish-American mobster Mickey Spillane, who for many years went the rackets for that "Westies" Irish gang.  Known as the "last from the gentlemen gangsters", he was shot to dying in 1977.

Bobby Spillane was 12-years-old and observed his father's murder.  He stated, "I had been a child.  I was residing in Queens.  Someone buzzed around the door.  It had been Friday the thirteenth, 1977.  He clarified the doorway and it was gunned lower with a hail of bullets."

Besides his brother along with a sister Denise, he's made it by his wife Louise.
