Nichole Hiltz was arrested in La on suspicion of misdemeanor child neglect. A small child from the In Plain Sight actress was temporarily place into protective custody of the children by police on May 31, 2011.
Police force officials were known as to some West Hollywood apartment at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday after getting a report of the disturbance. After assessing the problem, police arrested Nichole, 32, and moved her to some nearby LAPD station, where she was reserved.
A lawyer for that actress launched an argument: "It had been a regrettable misunderstanding. No charges happen to be filed and simply no harm ended towards the child."
The actress was pregnant throughout the filming of Season 3 of In Plain Sight. Individuals series episodes broadcast between March 2010 and June 2010 but could have been shot at the end of 2009.
Hiltz has additionally made an appearance in multiple instances of Desperate Average women.
