Danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki, 20, may be the #1 seed entering this years U.S. Open. At 5'10 and 128 pounds, the best-handed player switched professional in 2005.
If she wins everything in the 2010 U.S. Open she'll overtake Serena Williams because the World No. 1 player. Williams was made to withdraw after walking on glass and hurting her feet. She'll miss her first Grand slam event since Wimbledon 2006.
Wozniacki beat Maria Sharapova, who dates Charlie Ebersol, within the fourth Round Monday and can advance towards the Quarterfinal match. Up next for "Woz" is Dominika Cubulkova, rated 45th.
