Carol Madison has confirmed that they and fiance Pasquale Rotella will marry on September 10 at her favorite place in the world - Disneyland.
The previous Playboy model introduced her engagement shortly following childbirth towards the couple's daughter, Rainbow Aurora Rotella, on March 5, 2013 in Vegas.
The nuptial ceremony will occur nine days before her new husband arrives in court to manage some heavy charges that may put him away for 13 years.
Rotella continues to be billed with 29 counts of bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of great interest. It's alleged he compensated off city authorities with $2.5 million in funds in the L.A. Memorial Coliseum, where his company, Insomniac, located raves. He remains free on the $1.8 million bond.
La defense attorney Dana Cole finds the timing of the marriage particularly troubling, “It does appear very suspicious they would marry around the eve of trial. Which will certainly block out ale the district attorney to her like a witness. It's known as marital privilege. A spouse cannot have to testify against another spouse.”
